Community Guidelines

These Guidelines explain what you can and cannot upload on Yumi. All uploads, custom domains, embeds, and shared links must follow these rules.
1. Sexual content and nudity
Do not upload pornography, explicit sexual acts, or graphic sexual content. Limited educational, medical, artistic, or breastfeeding content may be allowed when not exploitative.
2. Real-world violence and gore
Do not upload real deaths, dismemberment, severe injuries, kidnappings, or gore. Fictional violence from games, film, or animation may be allowed if it is not used to glorify real harm.
3. Self-harm and suicide
Content that encourages, glorifies, or instructs self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders is not allowed. Support-focused or prevention-focused content may be allowed.
4. Threats, stalking, and intimidation
Do not post threats, stalking content, doxxing-style intimidation, or content that causes reasonable fear of harm.
5. Hate and discrimination
Do not upload content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics, including race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
6. Extremism and terrorist support
Do not promote or celebrate extremist groups, terrorist ideologies, or related propaganda.
7. Animal abuse
Do not upload content that depicts or celebrates cruelty, torture, or severe harm toward animals.
8. Harassment and bullying
Do not target individuals with repeated abuse, humiliation, or harassment. Critical commentary may be allowed when it does not cross into harassment or threats.
9. Tragedy exploitation
Do not exploit disasters, deaths, or large-scale tragedies for shock value, harassment, or abuse.
10. Dangerous misinformation
Do not upload content that spreads harmful false claims related to health, public safety, fraud, or violent coordination.
11. Graphic medical content
Extremely graphic surgical, injury, or medical imagery is not allowed outside of narrow educational contexts.
12. Illegal activity
Do not use Yumi for illegal activity, scams, fraud, malware, theft, or content that exploits or sexualizes minors.
13. Privacy and personal data
Do not publish someone's private information without consent, including home address, phone number, private credentials, government IDs, or financial data.
14. Spam and manipulation
Do not spam uploads, mislabel content, keyword-stuff tags, or manipulate metadata to mislead users or bypass moderation.
15. Intellectual property
Upload only content you own or are authorized to use. Copyright and trademark violations may result in removals or account action.
16. Platform security abuse
Do not attempt to abuse, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt Yumi systems, domains, APIs, moderation tooling, or infrastructure.
17. Enforcement
We may automatically flag content and perform human review. Violations can lead to file removal, temporary suspension, permanent bans, domain disconnection, and legal reporting where required.
